Ashtanga
Ashtanga class is the traditional yoga practice, which synchronizes breath with movement to develop flexibility, strength, and focus, in order to improve overall health of body and mind. You may be served with postural corrections and hands-on adjustments.
YINhanced
Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically targeting the deep connective tissues. In this practice, hands-on adjustments can be used to guide practitioners into a deeper stretch. The use of silk as a prop during these adjustments can help provide support and stability, enhancing the overall experience of the stretch.
Aerial Yoga

Aerial Fly
Aerial Fly is an exhilarating aerial yoga practice that focuses on building upper body strength, challenging your core muscles, and allowing you to explore dynamic poses while suspended in the air with the support of a hammock.
