Our Classes

Our Classes

We welcome all people at all levels. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we have something for you. Our community is here to lift each other up and there's no pressure to perform or standards to meet. It is suggested you start with something simple and slowly move up. We are constantly enhancing and broadening our yoga offerings to meet the needs of our students and embrace the creativity of our instructors.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga class is the traditional yoga practice, which synchronizes breath with movement to develop flexibility, strength, and focus, in order to improve overall health of body and mind. You may be served with postural corrections and hands-on adjustments. 

YINhanced 

Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically targeting the deep connective tissues. In this practice, hands-on adjustments can be used to guide practitioners into a deeper stretch. The use of silk as a prop during these adjustments can help provide support and stability, enhancing the overall experience of the stretch. 

Aerial Yoga 

Aerial yoga is a fun and dynamic form of yoga that incorporates the use of a silk hammock to support and enhance traditional yoga poses. By practicing yoga in the air, participants can experience increased flexibility, strength, and decompression of the spine. Aerial yoga offers a unique and playful way to challenge the body, deepen stretches, and improve balance and core stability. Discover a new perspective on yoga with aerial yoga. 

Aerial Fly

Aerial Fly is an exhilarating aerial yoga practice that focuses on building upper body strength, challenging your core muscles, and allowing you to explore dynamic poses while suspended in the air with the support of a hammock. Aerial Fly can be a challenging but rewarding journey towards mastering those fancy poses! *We recommend 5 aerial yoga or intro to fly class before taking this class. 

Aerial Strength & Stretch

This is a unique aerial yoga practice that focuses on building strength and enhancing flexibility using a low-hanging hammock. This dynamic workout combines elements of traditional yoga with the support of the hammock to deepen stretches, challenge the body, and improve overall fitness. Elevate your practice and experience a new level of strength and flexibility with Aerial Low Hammock Strength and Stretch. 

Aerial Low Hammock Slow Flow 

This slow flow is a gentle and meditative aerial yoga practice that incorporates slow, mindful movements and deep stretches using a low-hanging hammock. This practice focuses on relaxation, breath work, and gentle transitions between poses to promote a sense of calm and well-being. Join Aerial Low Hammock Slow Flow for a soothing and rejuvenating experience in the air. 

Restorative & Sound 

Restorative and Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice that combines gentle restorative yoga poses with the therapeutic sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. This immersive experience aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Through supported poses and soothing sounds, participants can release tension, calm the nervous system, and experience a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Yoga for children, using props, books, toys, songs and more to help kids learn yoga poses. Kids yoga is full of benefits-  strength development and flexibility, mindfulness, self esteem and more! Class is design around 30 minutes of mat yoga and 30 minutes of aerial fitness.

Mini & Me yoga 

Mini and Me Yoga is a delightful 45-minute session filled with movement and partner poses designed for parents and their little ones to enjoy together. This interactive class includes fun runs, encourages free self-expression, and provides an opportunity to meet other mini yogis. Join Mini and Me Yoga for a playful and bonding experience that nurtures both body and soul.
